Pumpkin Curry Soup Recipe
- 4 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- salt to taste
- Melt butter in large pot over medium heat.
- Once butter is melted, whisk in all other ingredients until well blended.
- Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.
