Easy Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar or sucanat
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter
  • Optional: raisins and/or chopped apples
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 9x13 baking pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
  4. Pour mixture into baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
