I’m getting this up much later than I thought I would, but I’m okay with it. If my life wore clothes it would be busting at the seams! 🙂
Last week I shared some of the things that were really on my heart as I was reflecting on the start of a new year. I did manage to write goals down that are specific to different areas of my life, but my children were never very far from my thoughts.
Raising them well is my number one priority. Investing my time in them and enjoying life with them has to come first if I am going to leave the meaningful legacy that I hope to give them. And while this is where my heart is, it’s not always. I am still human no matter how much I wish I could deny it. I have to purpose it in my heart to be the mother I hope to give my children.
One reader asked if I’d be willing to share a printable list of my resolutions for mothers. And I thought it was a great idea! I plan on printing this out and keeping it in a binder with my planner. That way I can see it every day and be reminded of what really matters.
You can click here to download a free Resolutions for a Mom’s Heart printable. This list is a tiny bit different from the one I posted last week, but it still covers all the good stuff. 🙂 *Update: the pdf has been updated to fix an omitted word.
I hope you find encouragement in it like I have for this beautiful, messy journey we call motherhood!
